Purchase of a product on the website is subject to availability of stock.
Fusion Concepts Events & Sales Pvt. Ltd, reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product or services with or without notice.
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing or information received from suppliers, Fusion Concepts Events & Sales Pvt. Ltd shall have the right, post the acceptance of any order, to decline or cancel any such order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or you have been charged for such product or service. If you have already been charged for the order and Fusion Concepts Events & Sales Pvt. Ltd cancels your order, we will refund the amount.
The product specifications (weight, size, colour etc.) mentioned with the product photos displayed are only approximate. There may be a slight variation in the pictures and the respective products.
How long Fusion Balloons will take
to deliver my order?
Orders to Metro cities in India will get delivered in 1-3 days and to the interiors may take at least 3-6 days (excluding Sundays and other Holidays). All orders are shipped from our Delhi head office, after your payment is cleared.
Does Fusion Balloons deliver
products in rural interior areas of India?
We provide delivery throughout India for all online products, also in rural interior areas through speed post or registered post. It will take 8-10days to deliver any product in rural interior areas
Are there any shipping charges on
Fusion Balloons products?
We provide you with standard rates and our shipping charges are based on volume of the particular product(s) and you can also view the shipping charges on every product(s) in view details section. Octroi charges if any will be collected from the consignee
What if my order gets delayed?
Orders can be delayed due to product un-availability for immediate dispatch. Wherein the stocks are still getting ready with packaging and pricing being done on the whole lot or in transit from the Warehouse to the Head office. This could put a delay in the dispatch of the online order.
Please note: The Company will not cover delivery delays due to customer unavailability or if the given address is not valid. So to avoid further error or delays in shipment you are requested to submit your correct & complete details of your address followed by pin code & landmark. During festival time Delivery within 3-4 days is not possible, we guarantee to deliver the exact product which you have selected
What should I do if I have received
a different order?
In case you have received a different product, or if the product was damaged in shipment, please contact us within the specific time period through mail or customer care service and we will ensure that it will be replaced as soon as possible

Shipping & Delivery
For perishable items like Balloon Bouquets cakes and flowers, we attempt delivery of your order only once. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbor.
